Consultations are carried out via video call by General Medical Council (GMC) or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) registered practitioners. Consultations require digital identity verification. Prescriptions are dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partner, Hemeema Limited regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. (GPhC: 1041392). Superintendent Pharmacist: Paresh Modasia (GPhC: 2026650).

Digital identity verifications are carried out using our partner Persona. Our partner lab is a UKAS BS EN ISO 15189:2012 accredited medical testing laboratory and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
